I write with tears running down my face in absolute awe of the amazing family that God has given me as a BONUS when I married Greg. I think I often take for granted the incredible blessing that family is. I try not to, though every once in awhile my eyes well up with tears when I think of every individual I get to call family. I feel so undes
erving to be so blessed with a godly heritage. This weekend Greg, Makaela and I had the opportunity to travel to New Brunswick with Tim, Bev, Rach, Sarah, Brad and Tracie. Oh the MEMORIES that were made would blow your mind:) If you have ever been at the lunch table on Sunday afternoon you have a glimpse of what I am talking about!!
Poor Tim, if only he had all girls... :)
(though that would not have worked out well for me!!)
I wish I had a picture of the sleeping arrangements that we had on Friday night... let's just say it was a memory!
If you have not gained 10 lbs when you have left then you have not had the outpouring of love that was intended for you!!!
Seriously though, I am so blessed to have been able to develop a relationship with nan blythe. There is something about that woman that inspires me to get up and do something in this world that has meaning! She has been SO influential in the upbringing of Greg, and I will forever be thankful for that! And thank you Nan for the woman I get to call my
"mother in law." She is as beautiful inside and out as you are!
"mother in law." She is as beautiful inside and out as you are!So this is the "Blythe" side of the family minus Nathan and Celeste who we miss so much at times like these. (Praise the Lord Christmas is coming!)
Sunday morning came VERY quickly. After muffins and cinnamon rolls and chocolate things with icing ... we got back in the car and headed to see Grampie Little in Saint John.
What a precious man. He misses his wife so much. You can tell with every story he tells that Grammie is all he thinks about.
May I ALWAYS cherish the times that Greg and I, (and our family) have together. Grampie taught me this weekend to treasure each day with the ones you love.So I close with this, though I could write forever about the blessings and memories from this weekend...
I am PROUD to be apart of the Little family.
had this weekend to spend with the best sisters.. (sarah, rach and tracie).. and bro in law :) (brad). I am blessed to have you all in my life. Here are a few pics that need little explanation. Enjoy...! And may you say, "I love you" to your family today..."I love you nan and grampie, grampie little, bev and tim, nathan & celeste, brad & tracie, sarah, rach, makaela and of course, gregory david"
"...walk even as he walked".. I John 2:6b
