Well today was an exciting day for me at my work...
I am now officially a PROFICIENT CSR!!!!
YEAH FOR ME! ha.

For those who are wondering... there are 3 levels of Customer Service Rep's and I finally made it to number 2!

I must admit that most days I really do enjoy my job.

I always say that as long as I am working with people and that I enjoy the people I work with, I will love my job! (It's not too hard to make me happy!!!) So that was my exciting news from the day.

But here is the deal folks! You need to come and book an appointment through me so that I can meet my goals for the year!

You wanna VISA??? LET ME KNOW!!!
and even if you don't... at least pretend for me!!:)
But you have to use my branch location for it to help me at all!!!
So SWITCH BANKS!
haha... I'm done now!

All joking aside...I truly am thankful for a job that allows me to put my family first. RBC really is great to work for... or maybe its the people I work with! Yep ... maybe that's it. So come work at my branch with Addy, Nicole, Marilyn and the gang ... you will love it! Promise!
